What is mental strength? There are many “definitions” of mental strength, depending who you ask. I would like to offer this definition: “Mental strength is having the courage to follow your compass.
Live life in abundance…we’ve heard this mantra from authors such as “Seth”, “Abraham-Hicks” and movies like “The Secret” and the “Quest for Success.” We all want to experience life at the highest levels. And over the years, we have been taught the importance of vision and clear thought, but how?Those who have truly attained success in all aspects of life know there is more that needs to be done to reach the top, and live a life of fulfillment and gratitude. Part of that is developing the mental strength to be seeker and adventurer of life and your passions.
Anybody can sit home, watch TV and complain about their life. But it takes courage, mental strength and a warriors mind to go out a look for your TRUE life. And without knowing your optimal path, life tends to meander like a stream. A stream will take you down the mountain, but it will never carry you to the top. But a good set of guides can help you climb up the mountain.
